Refund Policy

As a Section 8 Non-Profit Organization, SKF relies on the certainty of donated funds to plan and execute long-term charitable projects in Education, Environment, and Health.

1. General Policy

All financial contributions and donations made to the Sarvottam Kalyan Foundation (SKF) are considered final and non-refundable. We do not process refunds once a donation is successfully completed through our online or offline channels.

 

2. Tax Exemption Status

Donations made to SKF are eligible for a deduction under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Upon successful donation, an official receipt, along with the necessary 80G and PAN details, is issued to the donor for tax purposes. Since the tax benefit is tied to the donation, we cannot reverse the transaction.

 

3. Transaction Errors

If a donation is made in error (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount) due to a technical fault on the payment gateway, the donor must immediately contact SKF within [Define a timeframe, e.g., 24 hours] of the transaction. We will investigate the error and, if confirmed as a technical processing mistake, the excess amount will be processed for refund. This exception applies only to genuine technical errors.
